Angela Bloch

joined the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County as a technician assistant in 2009. Angela studied business at Harrisburg Area Community College and biology at Lebanon Valley College. Angela’s professional interests include equine studies and small and large animal surgery. In her free time, Angela enjoys teaching riding lessons and attending horse shows. Angela has been married since 2008 and has two dogs (Tyson and Skylar), two cats (Mo and Cooper), and one horse (Ava).

Marah Eimer

joined the hospital in 2011 as a veterinary technician assistant. She earned an associate’s degree in biology from Harrisburg Area Community College, and is currently attending school to obtain her certification as a veterinarian technician and bachelor’s degree in biology. During her days off, Marah also volunteers at Helen Krause Animal Foundation in Dillsburg, and at Good Hope Farm in Hummelstown. Marah currently lives in Mechanicsburg and is the proud owner of an energetic husky-kelpie, and a pleasantly plump rabbit.

Megan Klawitter C.V.T.

joined The Animal Hospital of Dauphin County in April of 2013 as a Veterinary Technician. She earned an associates degree in veterinary technology from the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh. In her free time, you will almost always find Megan at the dance studio with her closest friends. She also enjoys fishing, 4-wheeling and spending time with her family.

Leslie Ludwig C.V.T.

has worked at the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County since 1997. She began in the kennel, then worked as a tech assistant and is currently a veterinary technician. Leslie received her BS from Wilson College with a minor in biology. Married since 2005, Leslie gave birth to her daughter, Brooke, in 2009. Leslie enjoys skiing, jet skiing, rock crawling, gymnastics and spending time with her family. Leslie is also the proud owner of two dogs (Chase and Tyler) and three cats (Diva, Dawn and Bozo).

Kristin Rollins R.V.T.

is the supervising technician at the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County. She joined the hospital in 2011 as a Veterinary Technician. She is originally from Maryland and has worked in the veterinary field since 1991. Kris earned her associate degree in Veterinary Technology from the Community College of Baltimore County. She later graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor degree in allied health. Currently lives in Harrisburg with her fiancé and two feline girls, Missy Mae and Lila Lynn aka “Beans.” When possible she spends time with her two awesome nephews. Enjoys pilates, tai chi and traveling abroad. Kris’s favorite place to snowboard is Steamboat, favorite waterfall is Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, the last place she went scuba diving was Mozambique, and her favorite foods are surf and turf, red wine and tea.

Heather Zimmerman

joined our hospital in June 2012 and she has worked in the field for 5 years. She graduated from Hershey High in 2003. She lives with her husband, son, and four dogs in Palmyra. Trax is a pitbull mix and is a trained protection dog that works with her husband Jared. The other three, Polar, Zara and Arya (the twins) are Cane Corsos. Zara and Arya are from the same litter and Polar and the ‘twins’ have the same mother. In her spare time Heather loves to spend time with her little family doing things outdoors. One of their favorite pastimes is hiking in the woods with their dogs.

Alyssa Mosher C.V.T.

joined the AHDC team in February 2015. Alyssa graduated from the York Technical Career Institute with an associates degree in veterinary technology in 2015. She then began working as a stable hand for an equine veterinarian before moving on to small animals. Alyssa has one dog (Jake), two cats (Molly and Toby), and one horse (Luke). In her free time Alyssa competes with her horse and enjoys trail riding. She also enjoys hiking, the outdoors, and spending time with friends.

Daenna Ceresini C.V.T.

joined AHDC in July 2015. She is a graduate of Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. After completing her externship at Washington State University, WA she started working at AHDC. Daenna’s special interests are in small animal surgery/anesthesia and feline medicine. She is the proud owner of 4 cats (Muff, Carl, Moshpit, and Honey) and a Boxer (Dexter). She enjoys reading, camping, traveling, and mostly spending time with her animals!

Lindsey Elswick

Joined the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County in 2016. A West Virginia native, she attended West Virginia University and received her Bachelor of Science in Animal and Nutritional Sciences. Her sights are set on attending veterinary school in the future, with a special interest in zoo/wildlife medicine. When not working she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, reading, hiking, and spoiling her two cats, Oliver and Thea.

Amber Wenz

 Joined the hospital in 2015.  She graduated from YTI Career Institute in York May 2015.  Amber has worked with dogs since high school.  She is an owner of a loving pit bull named Sly.  In her spare time she likes camping, drawing, and spending time with friends.

Angela Motter, C.V.T.

Joined the AHDC team in 2016. She graduated from Wilson College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Veterinary Technology and a minor in Chemistry and Biology. Angela enjoys professionally barrel racing in multiple associations, scuba diving and spending quality time with all of her animals.

Katelyn Donley

Joined the AHDC team in 2016. She attended Northampton Community College where she earned her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology; she is currently working towards becoming a certified veterinary technician. Katie owns 2 cats that she grew up with named Whiskers and Frickles, as well as a Russian tortoise named Digger. In her spare time she likes to go camping, kayaking, fishing and hiking and will never pass up an opportunity to be around family.
