Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance

Don’t miss out on the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance’s annual Rescue Raffle where very ticket is a winner! First prize is $1,000, second prize is $500, third prize is $300…and everybody else wins by making a difference in the lives of a homeless pet in need! Tickets cost just $5 and only 2,000 tickets will be sold. To buy tickets, email and provide your name, address and the rescue you would like to support. Help CPAA Find a Home for Ruby

Ruby was found huddling under a porch seeking warmth in Harrisburg City. She was taken by City Police to the Harrisburg Temporary Shelter and shortly thereafter, found a wonderful foster home. Ruby has had a rough start in life but she hasn’t let that slow her down. She is a 40 lb cuddle bug who loves affection and human contact. She is also very smart and has mastered sit, shake and the most impressive stay, her foster Mom can go into other rooms and Ruby will hold her stay. To learn more about Ruby and CPAA, go to:

CPAA Pies for Paws

When: September 7, 2013 CPAA will join other area rescue groups at the Hummelstown Pet Valu, 261 Hershey Road, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an adoption extravaganza! Stop out to meet some awesome dogs in search of their forever homes, including Homer, Hope, Ruby and Precious (visit their Dogs for Adoption page to see them now!).
