Coy Tess reminds her foster owner of a southern belle with her sweet, shy charm. She is about a year old with a beautiful caramel coat and white bib. Rich green eyes look back at you wanting your love and attention.
Homeless and living under a trailer, Tess was initially cautious, but a Castaway Critters caregiver fed her and earned her trust. Tess will rub your legs and enjoys being petted. She is a little unsure about being picked up, but once in your arms, she relaxes and purrs.
Tess may need a little time and patience to adjust in a new home due to her unknown outdoor experiences with people, but she will be a great companion for a quiet home. She is petite, dainty, sweet and ready to be adopted.

My name is Cash, and I’m just a tiny 6 pound guy, a Chihuahua/ Dachshund mix I am told. I’m only 4 years old with a lot of life ahead of me. Let me tell you some of my favorite activities in life cuddling, being held and belly rubs! In my foster home, I am known as the comical love bug…who knew?
I would prefer a quiet home with adults or older children, but I assure you I am easy to love and anxious to be your devoted companion.
The adoption donation for Cash includes vaccinations, neutering, and microchip. If interested in adopting Cash, fill out an application: www.castawaycritters.org

Oliver and Abbey are local cat rescues found by volunteers working with cat colonies. Rescued as a small kitten in winter, Abbey is affectionate and playful, making her eligible for a warm Castaway Critters foster home.
Oliver has a different story. He was captured from a colony to be neutered when it was discovered that he had been front declawed. Oliver was taken in by the same Castaway foster home that had sweet Abbey…and it was love at first sight for both.
This playful loving pair are inseparable and will need to be adopted together. Both have been altered, tested negative for disease, have their vaccinations and they are microchipped. Please contact their foster caregiver at firstname.lastname@example.org or 944-2246. Or complete an application on-line.
