Canine Clubhouse

Canine Clubhouse Calls

Animal Hospital of Dauphin County has partnered with Canine Clubhouse to offer Clubhouse Calls at the East Shore location for current clients of Canine Clubhouse and/or AHDC. Save time by allowing us to perform your pet’s examination while under the care of the Clubhouse! You will need to fill out a questionnaire for our Doctor to review prior to the exam. If anything additional needs to be completed, our Doctor will call to consult with you by phone during the exam. Schedule with ease by signing up at Canine Clubhouse for your desired date. Fill out and send in the appropriate form below so our Doctor can prepare for your pet’s exam. Forms can be returned to Canine Clubhouse.

Clubhouse Calls FAQs:

We are booking house calls for established clients of AHDC and/or Canine Clubhouse whose pets are healthy enough to attend daycare. We try to be as accommodating as possible, but unfortunately we are not able to see every case outside of the hospital. Some illnesses are best treated in the hospital where we have the equipment to best care for your pet.

Canine Clubhouse will have sign up sheets for Clubhouse call days. Scheduling closes 48 hours prior to the Call day.

If your pet requires a prescription that our Doctor does not have available during the Call, we will expedite filling the prescription for you. This will enable you to be able to pick up at our office after you pick up your pet.

Yes, there is an extra fee for clubhouse calls which covers travel time and the exam for the Doctor and technician. When we receive the sign up sheet from Canine Clubhouse, one of our staff will reach out to you to answer any questions you have, and to take payment for the exam over the phone. After the exam, final billing (for agreed upon additional services) will be prepared and communicated to you upon the Doctor’s return to the hospital.

Yes; and we offer a discount for multiple pets.

Yes; at least 3 Daycare pets need to be scheduled for the day. If only 1 or 2 pets are signed up for a Clubhouse call day, we will call to discuss alternate scheduling options.

Both the vet and technician were very nice and took care of Rhett with compassion.
Very friendly and handled my bearded dragon with care.
We looked everywhere for a vet to have a look at my very sick mouse and Dauphin County Animal Hospital was the only one who would see her on a Saturday. The front desk was fast and they were very friendly. We saw Dr. Balmer and she was amazing. I recommend this place 100% and will take all my mice/other pocket pets here if they need vet care in the future!
Wally and I had a great experience. As a first time cat owner, I had a lot of questions. They answered all my questions and made my little man feel comfortable at his first visit! Thanks!!
