Dr. Kaylyn Barton joined the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County in June 2026. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Barton has a special interest in preventive care, dermatology, and client communication. She believes the best care comes from a strong partnership with pet owners, and she takes the time to make sure every family understands their pet’s health and feels confident in the plan ahead.
When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find her hiking a local trail, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or spending time with her husband, their two sons, two dogs, and a cat.
